Leadership Coaching
Whitney is currently studying with Co-Active Training Institute to earn her Coaching Certification.
Coaching is about you as a whole person, your values, goals, work, balance, fulfillment, and life purpose. I work with highly motivated individuals to develop their own definition of success. Most clients want to achieve specific goals so they can lead a more fulfilling life. We will design a plan that is specific to your needs and aspirations.

Whitney has worked in public education since 1992 and is a third generation teacher. She has a depth of knowledge in a variety of subjects, many of which are transferable to other public agencies, nonprofits, and private organizations. Presentations & Keynotes
Whitney & Heather love speaking together, particularly on the topic of inclusion in the workplace. Highlighting experiences of women, people of color, people who are neurodiverse, people with disabilities, the LGBTQ+ community, we love helping strengthen brave spaces in our world.
Whitney is regularly asked to keynote events. Most recently she spoke at Soroptimist of Western Washington in Fall 2023. Many of her graduation speeches have received wide accolades and media recognition.
Additionally, Whitney is available to serve as an officiant for weddings, memorials, and child blessing ceremonies. She is not associated with a religious organization and can customize the experience to match your expectations, spiritual, religious, or secular.
