What You Can Expect
At Empatica Leadership Group transformation begins with a personalized approach to your goals. Here’s what you can expect from our unique process:

Step 1
Free Consultation or Coaching Session: We offer a free 30-minute session of your choice. You will experience a sample of either consultation or coaching, plus an opportunity to hear about service line options available.

Step 2
90 minute Design Alliance: Whichever service line you choose, we begin with 90 minutes of collaboration. Together we will agree to our goals and outcomes, working agreements, and timelines.

Step 3
Get busy! We work together on your project and our agreed goals.

Step 4
Analyze Impact: At the end of our agreement, we will evaluate success, determine what communication or testimonials are needed, and identify next steps for our working relationships.
